Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and guiding the teams who work with them, creating an environment where every child can thrive. Watching children learn, grow, and discover who they are inspires me every day. I’m motivated by their curiosity, honesty, and joy, and mentoring staff to bring out their best is equally rewarding. This work is more than a career, it’s my calling and the joy of making a positive impact every day.

I love working with young children for a couple of reasons. Young children have endless energy, creativity, flexibility, honesty, and resilience. I learn from the children every day and working with them is fun. Secondly, young children make me a better person and motivate me to be better. Because they expect me to provide accurate answers to their questions, I have to stay up to date on the latest music, video games, comics, and movies. This means I’m constantly searching for answers in books and online. Ultimately, I find the most rewarding part of working with young children is witnessing their mental development.
